Meg Bowles has crafted another excellent CD, and this project, immediately picks-up where A Quiet Light left off. I'm really pleased, that she's decided to compose, yet another project for all her eager, die-hard ambient fans. Her works are unique, but she's toils in the 'rarified' atmosphere explored by heavyweight, ambient luminaries such as: Thom Brennan, Max Corbacho, Rudy Adrian, Dan Pound, and Jonn Serrie. A lot of adjectives come to mind, when attempting to describe Meg's compositions: animistic, primal, and arcane. Her music creates hazy new vistas, while probing abandoned, off-beat pathways. A similar type of approach used by fellow artist Jon Jenkins. Recommended.
