The members of Each Passing Day are longtime friends with widely variedmusical influences. All three are writers -- they used to write primarilyinstrumentals, and then Loren started adding lyrics. Loren\\'s songs areinspired by his musical heroes, such as Damien Rice, Iron & Wine, Paul Simonand The Beatles. \\Homesick\\ and \\San Francisco\\ received Best Song awardsin the West Coast Songwriters Competitions in San Luis Obispo.
