That he grew up in England and now lives in Sweden might not be as obvious as is the fact that he is a natural singer and a talented multi-instrumentalist. He is a well sought-after studio musician that has played with Aswad, Dennis Brown, Boy George, David Byrne and Papa Dee just to name a few. He is as comfortable behind the bass as he is behind the guitar and the mic. But instead, “Under Oath” is all about the timeless organic grooves that only spontaneous live-sessions can bring. Together with the crew at Rub-a-Dub studios he has built tracks with a genuine old-time Jamaican sound & feeling. Acoustic pianos, Hammond B3 organs, violins etc brings warmth and dynamics.
