As they arrive is a metalcore band from Gothenburg. Their music is based on metalcore and uses big chords along with catchy melodies. Mixing that up with various screams and clean vocals is how the band creates their unique sound.
Members are Axel (vox), Robin (guitars, clean vox) Niklas, (guitars) Philip (bas) and Anders (percussions). Throughout their career they’ve played at various venues around Gothenburg with their EP “Less to live! (2011). The band got signed by Rexius Records in 2013 and they released their new single “Times” January 1st 2014.
As They Arrive originates from Robin Johnsson and Philip Eerola, whom have played together since they got their first instruments. For a long time they only played covers together until they decided to create their own music. Back somewhere between 2008-2009 they searched for members to complete the band. They found drummer Anders Larsson and their former singer, Ali Sak, and the band was formed. In 2013 when Niklas Runstad joined, the band had finally found their initial line-up. As They Arrive changed screamer in 2014, and recieved a new fresh sound with Axel Jacobsson. As They Arrive are now reaching out over the borders of Sweden and are putting their name on the music market map. The bands new EP “Hope for silence” was released 26th September 2014.
