Agnes Jaoui (born October 19, 1964) is an award-winning French screenwriter, film director, actress and singer. 
Jaoui was born in Antony, Hauts-de-Seine, and is of Tunisian Jewish descent. She frequently works in collaboration with her partner Jean-Pierre Bacri.
