范明熙 (小V) 于2024年7月正式出道成为乐坛新人，并推出首支派台歌《随便放闪》。自小热爱歌唱的她出道前曾活跃于知名网络直播平台，并晋身台湾区百大主播行列。甜美的歌声让她累积不少来自香港、中国及台湾三地粉丝。曾参演过微电影、平面广告等拍摄，并曾于香港美食节目担任主持，及于台湾节目担任嘉宾主持。
