Infernal Revulsion was formed in summer 2005 by Hidenori Sato (V), Masuda Koichi (G), Masahiro Nagatomo (G), Shinichi Senba (B), and Masazumi Mitsuno (D) to create and establish extreme music based on brutal Death Metal. Straight after the formation, the band hit studio to record their first single [Loathsome Breeding of Virulent Revolt]. Which resulted in spreading the bands name through out the underground scene. After the 1st release, the band became active on the field playing and sharing stages at various places of Japan. Mainly performing in second largest city in Japan located next to our hometown Kobe, Osaka and in Tokyo. The band made it in the line up for Tokyo Deathfest 2006. It was the bands 5th show. However the band was able to greatly appeal to the Japanese brutal death metal audience, bands and labels. Which lead to working with NY based brutal death metal label Goregiastic Records and releasing 1st full album [Devastate Under hallucination] with cover artwork done by sickest artist Tony Koehl in January 2007. The band then headed for a release tour with fellow band in Osaka ‘palm’, playing in 5 main cities of Japan and finished the tour in success. The band also have organized a show twice in Osaka, together with Amputated Vein Records called [Proof of Brutalization]. Both of the times were big success, feeling great responses and seeing a bright future in Kansai Brutal Death Metal scene. [Devastate Under Hallucination] earned great feedbacks from all over the world, the band was offered to play at California Deathfest 2007. Soon after the line up announcement, Pure Death Production and Guttural Syndicate offered the band to play in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. The first ever U.S short tour was a great success by help from all brothers in States. After coming back from U.S, original guitarist Masahiro has decided to leave the band due to personal reasons but the band was never to decline. Instantly filled the blank spot with new guitarist, Takahiro Yamauchi and kept active by playing shows every second week in several area of Japan. The incident of member leaving ended up strengthening the bands quality and bonds. After playing Tokyo Deathfest 2008, the band limited their shows to concentrate on next piece of work. September 2008, Infernal Revulsion has completed their promo 2008 and signed with Revenge Productions in Germany.
