Chapter 1
Wall to wall noise echoed throughout the ship. The six astronauts should have been in a good mood because they were only 5 days away from Mars, but cramped quarters and big egos made that impossible.
Although the pilot (E-Bomb) was on his 4th cup of coffee, he still didn't feel like being the peacekeeper for the rest of the bickering crew. 
"Will you stop bouncing that f**king tennis ball off the back of my seat!" Suicide yelled at Fayne. "I need to practice on something" she spat back. "Moving things with your mind is much more difficult than just blowing them up!" "Well practice on someone else's seat, or I'm going to toast that ball, too." "Very well" retorted Lady Fayne. Suicide had torched 4 of her balls, so she only had a couple left. Annoyed at having to stop, she sent the ball speeding towards Tic Tocs head to try and pop off his mask. Tic Toc (a mute that communicates with hand gestures) caught the ball in his hand without even looking in her direction. A small sniff was the only response Ms. Gair gave him. A shake of the head and I'm sure if you could see inside the mask he never took off, and a smile would be the only response he would give her. 
Turning his attention back to Tomic, Tic was jumping up and down with excitement watching Tomic play catch with Stubby Chubs McBoo the rambunctious dog also known as Boo. Being a hemaphrodite pug, Boo was not sure what to do when it would get to Tomics foot. Retrieve, lick or thrash the foot was always on the menu for this flattulent canine. No sooner than 
Boo could run down the hall an loud crack echoed throughout the ship!
