张帅作曲家扶持计划（Zhang Shuai Composer Support Plan）是由著名作曲家、中央音乐学院作曲系张帅教授发起并担任制作人的青年作曲家扶持出版计划。
此计划的首批专辑为“100张中国原创钢琴曲专辑创作出版计划”(100 Chinese Original Piano Works Albums Publishing Plan)，是中央音乐学院北京环球音像出版有限公司在2022年推出的出版系列，这是一个面向全球音乐人，特别是中国高等院校音乐专业学生开展的创作出版计划，旨在挖掘优秀青年创作人才，将他们的钢琴作品推广给全球音乐爱好者，向世界展示中国年轻一代作曲家的才华与潜力。
该计划拟定每一季遴选12位优秀且风格鲜明的青年作曲家，为其创作的10首原创钢琴作品量身打造出版实体唱片专辑，并在全世界各大主流音乐平台数字发行。
Zhang Shuai Composer Support Plan, initiated by renowned composer Prof. Zhang Shuai from the Composition Department of the Central Conservatory of Music and curated under his leadership, is a publication program dedicated to nurturing young composers.
The plan's inaugural project, titled the "100 Chinese Original Piano Works Albums Publishing Plan" was launched in 2022 as a publication series by Beijing Global Audio-Visual Publishing Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the Central Conservatory of Music. This global initiative targets music professionals worldwide, with particular emphasis on students majoring in music at Chinese institutions of higher education. Its objective is to identify and cultivate outstanding young compositional talents, promote their piano works to international audiences, and showcase the creativity and potential of China's emerging generation of composers.
The program aims to select 12 exceptional young composers with distinctive musical styles each season. For each selected composer, the plan will commission the creation of 10 original piano works, produce a custom-designed physical album, and distribute the recordings digitally across major global music platforms.
