Born in East Flatbush one of the city's toughest neighborhoods, Jovanie's parents made sure to keep him close and allow him to express his love of music.From the tender age of three, Jovanie was reciting every song he heard on the radio and performing for friends and family. But it wasn't until the age of nine that Jovanie expressed that he wanted to sing and dance like the artist he idolized. He told his father he wanted to sing for the rest of his life. His father took notice of his son’s natural ability to lure in a crowd and decided that as long as he could pursue a career in music while focusing on his school work, they would give it a try. Jovanie’s music is youthful and innocent with playful rhythms. His tone is smooth and calming and his songs can be played at any occasion.
