Both Antye Greie (AGF) and Sasu Ripatti (Vladislav Delay aka Luomo)  have diverse musical backgrounds and both of them experimented with  different styles before beginning work on their present album “Symptoms”  for BPitch Control.
Antye Greie has been producing music for nearly 10 years now and  released her music on various labels as Neue Berliner Initiative,  Orthlong Musork as well as on her on label AGF Producktion ("Words Are  Missing" and "Dance Floor Drachen"). Furthermore she has co-produced  "Sool", the fourth album from BPitch front woman Ellen Allien and has  also worked on various multimedia art projects. Her significant other,  Sasu Ripatti aka Vladislav Delay, heralded the release of his fourth  Luomo album "Convivial" last October, as well as wrote songs with New  York pop band Scissor Sisters and played in the Moritz von Oswald trio  alongside Moritz von Oswald himself.
It has been four years since the  couple released their first album, "Explode", on AGF Producktion. Their  present tunes pick up exactly where "Explode" left off: futuristic pop  music with singer-songwriter gestures and breathtaking depth. AGF and  Delay's mix "My God Gave Me Backbones" is a kind of musical reality  check for a world turned upside-down. Woven into a fine net from full  beats, dubby textures, and tiny digital sound gimmickry, the tracks come  to terms with the level of awareness and limited possibilities of  mankind's development. Similar to their album it is sometimes catchy and  often challenging. It is musing and thought provoking, tends to get  strenuous, but ultimately provides a manifold picture of Antye’s and  Sasu’s musical imprints and preferences.
