Even 10 years after founding the band, TORIAN (from Paderborn/Germany) are still calling their music „Power Metal“ - with pride and passion; though the new and meanwhile third studioalbum „Dawn“ is more than this: Melodic Riffs and raging, high-speed Thrash-Attacks are taking turns with moments full of melancholic yearning; wide sound-formations and catchy melodies are gathering in angry harmony – From haunting melodies to long-term soulcatchers, ending in the 16-minutes Title-Track, that combines all trademarks of the TORIAN-Sound.
 
With their sound TORIAN follow exactly the way, they smoothed over the last years: Starting with their first Full-Length Album „Dreams under Ice“ (2005, Underground Symphony), that brought first success in the Metal-Underground-Scene, followed by the Album „Thunder Times“ (2009, Sound Guerilla), raising fantastic responses worldwide! Now the time has come for „Dawn“ (2012, Sound Guerilla), lifting the TORIAN-Sound to the next level!
 
Over the last years TORIAN played innumerous Live-Shows all over Europe (together with Dragonforce, Vicious Rumors, Sabaton, Helstar, Overkill, Metalucifer a.m.m.) and they achieved and established a great reputation for being a energetic and intoxicating Live-Act! In the end the stage is all that matters! And this is exactly the reason you better don´t miss the impassionate Metal-Show of TORIAN!
