Defect Designer is a Norwegian technical death metal band originally coming from the very heart of Siberia.
 
In 2009 Defect Designer released debut album "Wax" via My Kingdom Music recorded in  Hertz Studio (Bialystok, Poland) with Wojtek and Slavek Wieslawski. 
In 2012 band is reestablished after mainman's relocation to Oslo.
 
Born out the darkness of Siberia and re-located on the shores of Oslo, Norway in 2012, progressive death metal band DEFECT DESIGNER pushes forward in 2015 with their second full length ‘Ageing Accelerator’ due out on July 13th via Sleaszy Rider Records.
 
2015: the second album "Ageing Accelerator" is recorded, mixed and mastered.
Recording line-up includes
Flo Mounier (Cryptopsy) - drums, Stelios Mavromitis (SepticFlesh live guitarist) - guitars, Martin Storm-Olsen (ex-Trollfest) - guitars and clean vocals, Christos Antoniou (SepticFlesh) - sampling and orchestration, Dmitry Sukhinin - vocals, bass and guitars. 
Mixed in Devasoundz Studios (SepticFlesh, Rotting Christ)
Mastered in Fascination Street Studios (Bloodbath, At The Gates, Soilwork, Kreator). 
 
Current lineup includes Dmitry Sukhinin of Diskord, Anders Faret Haave of ex-Blood Red Throne, Martin Storm-Olsen of ex-Trollfest and other music projects, Defect Designer is located in Oslo.
