Everyone An Army was formed by Martyn Hughes [ The Occasion ] Lee Simpson [ Citizen Tank ] and Nick G. Fall [ Defiant Kinetics ] in January 2009. 
Laying low, writing original material, fine-tuning their own sound, the band performed only a handful of gigs during 2009, picking up a small army of fans and debuting their own original material. The 6 track EP was recorded during November by the band in an Art Gallery located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and was released digitally online on Christmas Eve 2009 and was received extremely well. 
December also saw Nicks last performance with Everyone An Army, as he moved to London to work. The band recruited Iain Hunter, friend and drummer from Martyns previous band, The Occasion. 
Now 2010, the band has a strong local following and are performing much more regularly around the UK. In support of a few performances, the band gave away limited edition singles, complete with remixes by artists such as Defiant Kinetics and Katarrhaktes for the tracks Pangaea and Architecture At Its Meanest. The band are now giving away small numbers and selling physical editions of the Everyone an Army EP.
