ThisTWENTY-FOUR YEAR OLDsinger-songwriter hails from Knoxville, TN. Listening to artists that she idolized such as Karen Carpenter, she longed from an early age to be singing and entertaining anyone willing to stop and listen. At the age of eight, she started performing on stage withher first big solo show at Disney World. The success of her debut validated her childhood dream to be a performer. Following her debut she sang for audiences in Florida, including shows on Disney's Big Red Boat. 
To experience a variety of genres' and improve fundamental techniques, Bethany engaged inCLASSICAL TRAINING. Maturing into analto voice, she performed in several operas including Tosca, La Boehme and Carmen. 
After accomplishing her classical training goals she shifted her focus to commercial/contemporary music. Personally still loving the stage, she sang her way to performances at theBiltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, historical Williamsburg, VA and Clayton Holiday Concerts in Knoxville, TN. 
Honing her skills as a performer, she was adjudicated atJulliard School of Music in New York, NY and Boston Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA.As part of the above singing tour, she entertained audiences at a variety of venues including a stop atWrigley Fieldto sing theNATIONAL ANTHEMto baseball fans in Chicago, IL. 
For the next two years, Bethany concentrated her energies on studying with Grammy award-winning vocal coaches in Nashville, Tennessee. Concurrently, her solo career was focused on performances at the National Conventions of one of the nation's largest privately owned companies. 
Bethany was accepted as a commercial vocal performance major atBelmont University. Her experience there enhanced herVOCALandSONGWRITINGskills. The training at Belmont expanded her vocal range and capabilities. Extensive performance requirements and opportunities improved her stage presence and performance versatility. 
Having written songs since her childhood, Bethany stepped into the recording studio during the fall of 2008 for her EP then making her album during the year of 2009 and finishing early 2010. The resulting album wasproduced by Dove Award Winning & Grammy Nominated Producer Travis Wyrick. The tracks include original songs written by Bethany and some co-written with artistERICK BAKER. Her credits on the album include writing, singing and co-producing.
