Benjamin Foss was born and raised in the ministry and church. Growing up in on-fire churches and meetings stirred up a hunger for God at a young age. At the age of 7, Benjamin started playing the drums, quickly gaining skill. It was only a couple of years later Benjamin began playing with his father in meetings around the nation.

At the age of 15, Benjamin began teaching himself to play piano. Just as before, he learned quickly and began writing songs to the Lord. During the first years of learning piano, Benjamin was introduced to the worship of Misty Edwards. The powerful anointing on her music touched Benjamin in a deep way and stirred up a yearning within him for the heart of God.It is this passionate pursuit for the heart of God that empowers Benjamin's music.

Benjamin Foss is currently on staff with the Upper Room Church in Fort Worth, Texas, where he continues to play drums and keys, as well as work in the media department and helps lead the young adults ministry.
